Can I pick a custom frame?
Yes, you can pick whatever frame you want. Our frame options are walnut, black and white but if you would like to put your print into a custom frame you can simply order a print and then take it to a framer to be framed, or you can work directly with us to find a frame that suits your space and we will ship it installed with the print.

CAN THE COLOR OF THE PRINT CHANGE?
Our prints are made with the finest inks and on ultra fine art paper. The print should outlive most of us if stored properly in a dry location. When your print arrives it should be very close to what you saw on your screen, we work off calibrated monitors but everyone sees everything a little bit different, especially when it comes to the many variations of screens that we use.
CAN I SELECT DIFFERENT CROPS?
Unfortunately we do not do custom cropping across any images as they are finalized by the artists.
DO YOU DO PRIVATE SHOWINGS?
Yes, we do have an assortment of framed prints and prints that are stocked for private viewing. If you would like to coordinate a private viewing with a photographer please reach out directly.

Processing Time
All prints are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for printing, quality inspection, and packaging before your order is shipped. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

All Sales Final
Because our prints are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging it arrived in
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Refund Processing
